Well seen as I am currently unemployed there is only one thing to do, learn.

Today has been mostly filled with working out and reading Pragmatic Thinking and Learning. I would highly recommend the book to anyone who is in the programming/management field.

I managed to take away some incredibly relevant information about the Dreyfus model which is highly applicable to managing a team of IT professionals. I look forward to being able to put the model into practice in my next role.

The book also lays out a more structured way to learn. So I am hoping it will be of great help with the mountain of books I have to get through!
