Day 1

Starting weight 209lbs


Breakfast – 3oz steak, 2x fried eggs, 1 slice of bread, 1 1/2 apple
snack – 4oz of yoghurt with pecans sprinkled
lunch – 5oz tuna, 5 tsp light mayo, 1 1/2 apple
dinner – 5oz chicken, 1 orange, 5 macadania
snack – 1 boiled egg, 1/2 slice of bread, 1/2 tsp peanut butter

15:34 – i feel incredibly bloated, could be a reaction to a total change in my diet im not sure. starting to think tuna makes me bloated but cant confirm until i eat a bit more in a few days time.

The plan is to go for a run from work gonna try and squeeze in around 3km but i feel awful [the bloating is reasonably painful]

I managed to do a small run i think i put in about 2.5-3km as i forgot my Nike+ to do the tracking! i felt incredibly bloated on the run though so gave in earlier than i should of really.

i managed to eat tea im amazed how quick all these meals are to prepare its all sub 10 mins, perfect for people living on their own really.
