Day 6


breakfast – .5 pitta, 2 eggs, 2oz cheese, 1 apple
lunch – 4oz meat, 2oz cheese, 2 slices bread + mayo, few grapes
snack – mini muffins
dinner – 2 tortilla, 6oz mince beef, 1oz cheese, 1/4cup onion, 1/2 tin of plum tomato, 4 macadania
snack – mini muffin

I made some mini muffins today but had trouble soucring the ingredients, hopefully will have better luck next time i make them
