breakfast – .5 pitta, 2 eggs, 2oz cheese, 1 apple
lunch – 4.5oz meat, 2oz cheese, 2 slices of bread, mayo
snack – yogurt + pecans
dinner – 5oz chicken, 2oz cheese, mayo, 2 slices of bread, 1.5oz grapes
Today didn’t go so well. After work me and sian headed for a run, however the keys accidentally got locked in the car. So we spent a big chunk of our evening sorting that out, so my meals were a bit out of sync and didn’t really have time to make anything!
